Not my proudest Korean dish

    I work on a ship and the cook left and so I threw together what I had. Kimchi, salmon, and onions. There was also soy sauce and salt that wasn’t in the video. Not my best effort but I’m hungry and made do with what I had.

    Roast away.

    you just made kimchi jjigae! simple, but my favorite stew. there’s a canned tuna version of this, so I guess salmon isn’t too off from that. never seen ramen noddles added, but I bet that’s a good call. I’m a chef and always respect people that use the most of what they have available. no roasting from here- I would eat that if that’s all I had.
