You gotta be a cowboy to eat that. You lost me at New York strip steak. I’m kidding well done. Looks delicious!
Hears someone say Herbs as Erbs. Turns video off
I would do mash potatoes with that. 😋
Frage, bin nicht so in dem Thema drinnen. Hat BigMac das als Nebenjob am Abend gemacht oder war das tatsächlich sein Vollzeitjob?
If you know ingredients and you knew what was in that- idk how you didn’t think it would be good- aside from wanting views on the internet like everyone else. I’m disappointed in myself for even needing to say it and I’m off to bed.
I grew up always using compound butter whenever most meat was being grilled. So when I was an adult and went to make it my girlfriend was like wtf are you doing what is that? I thought she was joking. But later on at her families house they had a cook out. They acted like I was the fjrst person they heard of to do compound butter
I made this tonight for our steak and shrimp. First time. WOW. Beyond amazing
Made this last night, basted some smoked chicken thighs with it. Turned out amazing and thank god: I have leftovers for lunch today!
I’d like to make this! Now, is it better to use butter paper or maybe parchment paper or is there an advantage in using a cling wrap?
I'd never heard of cowboy butter, but I've always done something similar for my garlic toast. I use butter, olive oil, salt and pepper, fresh garlic, parmesan cheese, herbs and lemon juice. I blend it all in my food processor and spread it thickly on my sliced loaf before broiling. Any leftover mixture goes in the frig and could end up on pasta or meat or sautéed veggies, etc.!
Wow! Looks fantastic. Thank you for sharing!
clingwrap springtrap
Compound butters rule.
Just made this!! Wow it was delicious, had it on steak and some boiled eggs. I had to use dried herbs cause I don’t have much right now but it was so good!
I made this Cowboy Butter yesterday and OH LORD, it‘s insane😍 Easy top 3 steak sauces i‘ve ever made. To get a bit more smoky flavor I also added 1 Tsp of smoked paprika 🤯🤩
Microplane garlic=Huzzuh
Hard for me to trust you with the cook on that steak…
Salted or unsalted butter?
This has been around gir a long time, not new.
My son in law made cowboy butter with grilled NY steaks…. Amazing, delicious and now I can not have a steak any other. So good!😊
Served up with creamy cheesy scallop potatoes and skewered veggies.😋
