    After years of trying sauces, I’ve narrowed it down to the following, which I use for specific foods. These sauces compliment all of the foods I eat.
    1: Sriracha – Asian dishes like noodles and some stir fry.
    2: Sambal – Asian style grilled meats and meat dominant stir fry.
    3: Louisiana brand hot sauce – fried chicken, Cajun food, biscuits and gravy.
    4: El Yucateco green – eggs, tacos and other Mexican foods.
    5: Haven’t locked in a wing sauce yet, but I usually revert to Frank’s extra hot.

    Cabinet under my sink is full of sauces that didn’t make the cut to the shelf
