First try at applesauce today since my tomatoes have officially retired for the season. Bernardin recipe, with cinnamon. I didn’t process the big guy, he’s going straight to the fridge for my lunches this week. I did a mix of fuji and honeycrisp, with applesauce on sale absolutely everywhere I think I’ll start doing this weekly!
