This is not the healthiest, but really delicious and at least vegetarian. 😀 But you gotta indulge every once in a while, right?
You need:
200g spinach
200g mushrooms (I accidently call them onions in the video ^^)
200g puff paste
20g butter
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons sour cream
salt, pepper, nutmeg
optional: 1 egg, gravy thickener
Bake with 200° Celsius for 20 minutes.

I know this video is old. But for any newcomers, thaw and squeeze out the spinach. It will reduce the amount of liquid you need to cook off.
