That's one Simple Delicious Recipe , btw you looked much better with the beard Bro , Just grow it back
Nice recipe mate
Great
What % fat in the beef?
Yum
One more ingredient that is essential is cinnamon, will never make keftedes without it. When I was younger my mother always pan fried the meatballs but today I bake them in the oven for obvious reasons.
Looks sensational as always Henry, 🙂
Awesome

Mr. Henry. I live in the USA and cannot find those 2" (50-52mm) wide skewers anywhere and I have been searching for days. Where do you get your skewers from?
Thank you my friend, you are the best.
I have 750 grams of mince but i cant decide which of your recipes to make tonite! 😂
Add some dried mint, tbsp red wine vinegar and 2 – 3 tbsp of olive oil and you are spot on…
Authentic alright. I'm Greek. My grandmother would put a bit of cinnamon also. Very nice presentation.
