Recipe:
Ingredients
8 sheets phyllo pastry, thawed and at room temperature
110 g unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
3 peaches, sliced
About ¼ cup of peach jam
Confectioner’s sugar for decoration
For the custard:
2 cups whole milk
¼ cup fine semolina flour
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
1 egg
1 egg yolk
½ cup of granulated sugar
10 g vanilla sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 °F, 180 °C. Enjoy your meal!
