I’ve done this a couple of times too much, working on this being the last and finally commit for life. Lowest weight: 152lbs or 68.9kg, highest weight not logged: 190lbs or 86.1kg, goal weight is 145lbs or 65.7kg.
Balancing 1200 to 1500 a day to achieve my goal once again a final time.
