Ingredients:
2 fillets of cod
2 tablespoons of butter
1 large fresh garlic clove
Zest from 1 lemon
1-2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
Few extra lemon slices for garnish
2 tablespoons of flour
Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper (or red pepper flakes), paprika- all to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

  8. 20 min at 400 you killed that fish. That is longer then you would for rack of lamb … 12min max at 400 you don’t want it dry
