Yet another year of Michelin being French, Japanese, and Korean centric. Claro and Casa Enrique both lost their star, which was surprising. Don Angie also lost their star. It’s like Michelin’s punishing places for not doing tasting menus.
Atomix did not get their third star. All the three stars retained theirs. Disappointing lack of shakeup.

Torrisi is pretty unsurprising, but I did really enjoy it there

Coarse, Venhue, Contra, Luthun, Traif, plenty of good tasting menus .. they usually punish no tasting because they like consistency, same thing every time
