Jook Sing (recent grand opening) in West Town is fantastic!
Located in West Town where Vajra used to be. The food was delicious and affordable. The staff was super friendly and guided us through the menu. Highly recommend!

How was the grass jelly drink…? Those aren’t words I’ve ever heard together, so I’m skeptical but intrigued!
Food looks terrific.
Nearly $16 for two whole wings (equal to 4 pieces when separated) w/ slaw seems kind of high to me.
I ate there Friday. It was good but everything felt slightly too salty for me.
