1½ cups rolled oats
1 cup dates, pitted and pureed
¼ cup honey
½ cup dried strawberries, finely chopped
½ cup almonds, chopped
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1½ cups rolled oats
1 cup dates, pitted and pureed
¼ cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup dried apple
½ cup walnuts, chopped

1½ cups rolled oats
1 cup dates, pitted and pureed
¼ cup honey
1-2 tsp cocoa powder
½ cup hazelnuts, chopped
½ cup chocolate chips

Gently toast oats on a baking sheet until they become fragrant, between 3-5 minutes.
Mix ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
Press well into a parchment lined baking dish.
Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
Cut.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Enjoy!

  3. I wonder if date syrup can be subbed for the date paste? What's the pan size? Also, how much date paste do u get from 1 cup dates? I have store bought date paste but I think 1 cup dates will yield less than 1 cup paste.
