* 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened * 1/2 cup White Sugar * 1 tsp Almond Extract * 1.5 cups All Purpose Flour * 1/4 cup Cornstarch * 100 g Toblerone Bar finely chopped * 200 g Toblerone Bar sliced into large chunks
**Instructions**
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Line baking sheet with parchment. 2. In a stand up mixer with a paddle attachement cream butter, sugar and almond extract until light and fluffy. 3. Add flour and cornstarch gradually while beating continuously. Add chopped Toblerone pieces. 4. Drop 2 tablespoons worth of dough and slightly flatten onto baking sheet. Squish a Toblerone chunk into the middle of each cookie. 5. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Let cool on a rack before serving.
