    Upvoted for the “After” photo. Looks delish! Did you put very many of the peppers in? My husband and I always fight over them.

    What kind of meat did you use? Looks very lean for chuck. Just curious.

    Something I do when I make this is I throw in some baby carrots, cubed red skinned potatoes, and a yellow onion, also cut into big chunks. I also sear the meat which I think adds a bit to the flavor and texture. Either way, there’s no wrong way to do it – if you enjoyed it that’s all that matters!
