I’ve honestly been looking forward to this all day! 395 calories (I ended up adding a bit more soy sauce) with 27 grams of protein. Just cut up the cucumber (yes, this is a whole cucumber) and the cilantro, mix with a shredded vegan chicken filet (I used the one from planted) and mix up a peanut sauce with the rest of the ingredients- heat that up with a splash of water to combine it all. Mix and enjoy!
The recipe is by the wonderful pickuplimes on YouTube. She adds some crushed up peanuts and sesame seeds as well.
Note that “crowd” should be “amount”, “KH” is carbohydrates and “Zucker” is sugar!
