🦃 This is my sister’s recipe for Pecan Pie! 🥧 I have tried a lot of Pecan Pie recipes… and this is by far the best and easiest. I got a little carried away with the pecans… original recipe calls for 1 cup. 😂
**If you double the recipe to make 3 pies like I suggested in the video… be sure to place 1 cup of pecans in each pie crust then divide the syrup mixture evenly in the 3 pies. That way each pie has plenty of pecans. #memesrecipes #shineforjesus #pecanpie #pierecipe #pecandessert

Pecan pie is one of my favorites. May offer you a quick tip instead of leaving the pecans in half I always chop them into about 6 to 8 pieces once they’re put into the pie they flowed up and as they bake they make a very attractive pie. But there is one big advantage especially to people as they get a little older. And that is not everyone has a full set of teeth or they may have dentures or just in general they may have some trouble chewing. So when you pre-chop the nuts the pie becomes much more enjoyable. And all those cooking shows they leave them in halves and while it may look pretty it’s not fun to eat especially for someone like me who is 70 years old. I intend on eating it until I am 100. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again I absolutely enjoy your channel As much as anyone I would post here and may be a little more. Ok, I won't correct you about pee-CAN, but being a Texan…welllllllll. We Lovvvve Pee-CAHN pie here in Texas and Texas has millions of Pee-CAHN trees!!! Ignore this, but I just had to rib you even though you said not to. Yes, it's beautiful. Looks yummy no matter how you pronounce it! Love the church kid story. I'm from Northern Georgia and we also pronounce pecan with a long drawl on every letter. My grandma's family were from the deep south where you could barely talk without a long drawl on almost every vowel. That pie looks scrumptious.

Me and Mammaw used to make pecan pies in little tart shells, one recipe will make about 15 pies, we’d drop the pecans in the shell, and pour the custard on top of it, baking is alot shorter too❤ pecan pie of any kind makes me feel happy for the holidays ❤️ love you, and all your recipes, and thank goodness for KK❤️

Grates my nerves to hear peCAN Vs PEcaan! But then I KNOW your from the south if you state that lol. My great gramma had the biggest paper shell peCANS in San Antonio Texas. Pecan pie is big in Texas too! The paper shell pecans are known as THE BEST on the planet and shipped worldwide! I was blessed!!! However, I’m one who doesn’t care for it super sweetness and texture-GASP! I know right?!?! More for YOU! When my son was 3 or 4 years old, we were in church and I had to go say the opening prayer at the pulpit. After I was done, he stood up on the bench and yelled, "Good job Momma!" Clapping loudly. Needless to say there was a roar of laughter and giggles. Thank you for the great recipe! I have never had pecan pie. I just might make it this year!

Why can't you put recipe up? Most channels graciously provide written recipe. Especially iallt when propke can't afford the cookbook. Jesus didn't ask for $. He freely gave. When I can afford book I'll buy but being 73 it's difficult. Single 73 so just my invome.
