I’ve recently shifted my mindset when it comes to CICO. Before, I’d focus on trying to eat less food to keep my deficit and would end up going over calories for the day munching because I was hungry. I decided to try eating more instead of less but more low calorie nutrient dense foods. Ladies and gentlemen this has been a GAME CHANGER! My consistency took a 180 and the pounds are coming off!

Anybody else feasting while cutting calories? Here’s my dinner for tonight. (Don’t mind the empty edamame pods)
