  1. Huh. I always thought making a rub, and slow cooking a pork shoulder on the bbq was plenty easy. Doesn't require broth, slow cooker, or coffee. Takes about the same amount of time too.

  2. I love eating pulled pork in the summer. Specially when my town brings rib fest, ugh hahaha so good. It was cool watching them use this, http://amzn.to/1B2IsCs to make their pulled pork. It made want to get one for the hell of looking like wolverine.

  3. i do something similar to this. I leave my roast whole, season it with seasonall and pepper, add 1 cup of chicken broth and then add enough water to make the liquid an inch deep in my slow cooker.

  4. Sounds ok for a change but if you want real athuthic original barbecue you have to cook it out side just three ingredients vinegar red pepper and salt
    You can top it off with Cole slaw and Texas Pete sauce
