I made this with limited ingredients (no stock cube, no onions or tomatoes, no herbs, and no cheese) years ago, and it was still a banger. I can't imagine how much better it would have tasted having all those missing ingredients in it.

This remains one of my favourite recipes. The flavour is indescribable., always impresses, pretty easy to make too
Removing intestinal tract etc from shrimp is important. But then making stock from these “bits” is not a good idea. Re introducing possible bacteria into stock.
Hey Akis! One question : if I dont have a gas stove, then do i need the ouzo ? Because it doesnt "burn" on a normal stove like in your video and you also dont get the fire.
