I look through all your videos for help with my own menu for the week. Your meals are balanced: greens, grains, beans, nuts/seeds.   9. I made this last night and it was so good! I did not have fresh tomatoes, so added some sun-dried tomatoes to my stock and that was a nice flavor element. I also made a parsley free version of your white bean fennel salad and the two dishes paired together beautifully.
