How come this meal isn’t extra for me but is for my girlfriend?
We both have the app and order meals. Her account shows this as a premium $6.99 meal. Mine shows it as a standard meal for no up charge.

Following here, I added this meal because I noticed there was no surcharge. Thought it was a mistake and the price would load back in later. I have a note on my calendar to check to see if the price increases before we are billed next week.

Do you both have same serving plan? I would expect it to be extra for 2 serving but not for 4 based on it saying it is multiportion

They often personalise suggestions per account. You’ll probably have another meal that’s extra that for her isn’t.
