Brisket/chuck blend burger grilled, topped with cucumber, jalapeno’s, pickled carrots/radish, cilantro and mayo on a brioche bun.
So fresh, crunchy, with some great flavors with the only change I’d make being an asain sauce or something maybe. Just had some leftover banh mi toppings and decided to throw together this delicious not-to-normal burger….Totally recommend it and I would absolutely eat one again!
