Keftedes – Meatballs are one of the most common appetizers in Greece, usually served in tomato sauce or with tzatziki. This time we decided to go with tzatziki. Keftedes are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, simple perfect and the secret of the special taste – spices of course! Check out the ingredients:
Ground Beef
Red Onion
Old Bread
Garlic
Pepper
Parsley
Eggs
Olive Oil
Mix for Meatballs:
– Oregano
– Onion
– Spearmint
– Cumin
