My family preordered the Hello Fresh Thanksgiving feast. In the prep instructions—available via the Hello Fresh site—it says that the turkey needs to cook for 2hr and 15min @425. Is this accurate?! In the past, I’ve cooked a turkey for 20min per pound. This is a 14-15lb turkey and I am not sure this is enough cook time.
