I’m an American who lives in London and I always always miss liquid coffee creamer (International Delight etc). And it’s impossible to find in England. Occasionally, I can find singles on Amazon (for an insane price) but they aren’t as flavorful.
My question is, do you think this stuff (unopened) would be okay outside of a refrigerator for 10-12 hours while I travel? I’m currently visiting family in the States but fly back to London in a week and from the time I get to the airport to when I arrive home, it will likely be about 10-12 hours in my suitcase.
The ingredients say it’s made from a “milk derivative” and lactose free.

If it was me (I like to live dangerously and don’t think that food spoils that quickly) I would do it. But that’s me. Why don’t you get a couple of ziplock bags and put the creamer in one of the bags with some ice. Put that bag inside another bag and then wrap the whole thing with some of your clothes. Make sure to squeeze out as much air as you can which should prevent the bags from opening due to being bounced around.
Most of these type of “creamers” are non-dairy. I’d wrap it in some sort of foam insulation and pack it with some reusable cooling pack. That should be fine for a 10-12 hour flight.
