    The leaves in pic 1 look like they are still too white. Are you sure you left the salt on long enough?

    Do you have a more airtight container? It might not ferment properly – which I’m sorry to say might bot happen regardless of container because it doesn’t look salted/wilted enough unless you were going for unfermented fresh geotjuri
