  3. Wonderful recipes, thank you, I never make sauce from cashews, thanks for encouraging me…the only thing Ill leave out is raisins in my salad, I love raisins but not used to mixing sweet with savoury but thats just me.

  10. Beautiful recipe! but one thing I would recommend is to oil your Kale for better digestion since Kale is very hard to digest. I know I see huge difference when I massage my kale in oil vs eating it without oil.

  11. Cutting broccoli by pulling it apart keeps your cutting board clean, finely chopping Brussel sprouts, cutting correctly, a killer garlic sauce, an incredible dressing! Oh my God man! You are blowing my mind. TY

  12. It’s not the back of your three fingers that guide your blade — you’ll wind up cutting off a tip of a finger or finger nail if you do that. It’s the first knuckle on your fingers that guide the blade with your finger tips curled in (hence the name, the “claw”).
