The main important thing to factor into this recipe is the consistency, don’t over blend the mix into a hummus like texture, if you have a pulse facility on your blender then use that and you’ll be fine. The mix should be a gritty like texture and quite dry, add flour or breadcrumbs if it is too wet. This can be folded into the mix when you transfer it to a bowl for refridgerating.
