Do not trust this company with your credit card info. Hello Fresh had a promotion for my first 21 meals free, plus $4.99 shipping. My meal plan came to $119.88. My total at checkout was $4.99.
I was charged $59.87. The first time I called to say I was overcharged, the woman hung up on me after I told her it was fraud. The 2nd woman allowed me to send her my screenshots showing my total at checkout was $4.99. She spoke to her manager who refused to give me a refund even after I showed them proof. They told me the promo code I entered was for a different promotion. I didn’t even enter a promo code! The website was already having a promotion. I canceled HF on the spot. They were completely unwilling to deal with THEIR error.
