

Frozen packet of mul naengmeyon with young radish kimchi (yeolmu kimchi) with some additions…
– gat kimchi + brine
– blanched and torn bok choy for crunch
– pea shoots
– green onion
– egg
– ikura
– sesame seeds
– perilla oil
Thought about adding some pickled radish, or korean pear, or seaweed paper, but I’m still happy with how it turned out!
