  1. The sauce ingredients aren't simple, but you can substitute with a premade sauce or swap oyster sauce with Worcestershire or A-1 sauce. Sherry is itself a substitution for a savory rice wine.

  2. Great recipe! One thing for sure, do not flavor your rice if you're serving this dish over rice. This has become a staple healthy OMAD for me.

  3. Didn't have oyster sauce but added a bit of brown sugar, sesame oil and minced ginger. Still came out pretty good 😛

  4. All u need is rice, broccoli, carrots, peas, 1 egg, soy sauce, and some Asian sauce. Cook the egg first then add everything else and put on medium heat. Mix all the sauces in and there u go

  5. If you’re cooking the bell peppers and snow peas each for 2 mins why not just cook them together…? Is that a bad thing to do I’m new to cooking idk what’s right and wrong lol
