Hello fresh forced a 15% discount code on me a day before my cancellation of my next box, so that I am unable to use the credits stacked in my account. I was then told I am not allowed to remove this discount code and need to use it before credits apply. This is very sketchy in my opinion

I was able to cancel and restart my plan without this discount code but just be wary bc they automatically applied this without my activation!
I have a few ingredient issues where I’ve received a $5 credit, but because I never pay full price I end up losing them. I did have an issue before where they were able to credit my card directly, but I think they are not doing that anymore.
Their policy has always been like this, this is nothing new, just cancel your current plan and restart if you want to use your credits without any preexisting discounts on your plan.
If you’re insistent enough, they’ll refund the credits to your bank account. Especially if you can’t use them. 🙂
It took a handful of conversations, but I was able to do so last year after ending up with a bunch of credits I couldn’t use.
Said it once I’ll say it again GF discounts /vouchers/ credits and how they apply them are a scam
