Easy Greek meatballs soup with egg lemon sauce – Youbarlakia or giouvarlakia avgolemono
Here you have a very tasty recipe with meatballs and rice and s very tasty egg lemon sauce.
Ingredients
– 500 g minced meat
– 1 carrot
– 3 spring onions
– some dill
– 70 g of rice
– 60 ml olive oil
– 1/2 chopped onion
– 3 chopped carrots
– 1,5 litre of water
– 3 eggs
– 1 lemon (juice)
– salt and pepper
