Kenji’s serious eats Sausage Sage Stuffing and his NYT Spatchcock Mayo Turkey
Everyone said it was the best stuffing and turkey they have had. Stuffing was sooooooo good! Turkey cooked perfectly with crispy crackly skin all over. Kenji recipes are so so good!

Nice carving job, I’ve done turkey well over a dozen times and I never seem to get it that neat. Looks delicious, enjoy!

Two of my go-tos. Add in the double garlic mashed potatoes from NYT and you’ve got the trifecta.
