  1. One of my all time favourite sandwiches other than the price.

No disrespect but the tomato component of this in mid November in Toronto is so sad. 🙁

Easily the best sandwiches in the city.

Lambo’s is just photogenic. This is a proper italian cold cut sandwich.

This is the best when the owner himself makes it.

  6. Man, maybe I’m a purist but you can’t adulter prosciutto with salami and pickles and stuff. Prosciutto needs space for its flavour to blossom on its own. Also nice to toast a good salami sandwich, but it is sacrilege to warm up prosciutto.

It is indeed a good sandwich. It’s just very expensive.

I miss these sandwiches. I’m never in midtown anymore these days. They are so good, so filling.

Wow $13.5 now? I used to go weekly when I worked around the corner. $5.75 for whatever sandwich you want. Great owner and staff. Thank for the reminder, I’ll go pay them a visit soon for one of these.

Any recos for something like this north of Steeles? Woodbridge, Richmond hill, Thornhill, etc ?

Amazing spot, only had it once and still think about that sandwich often

I live so close but have yet to try this place. Every time I pass by I think to myself at the end of the day it’s a sandwich I can make it at home lol. I know it’s a wrong mindset but still.
