Tried out [Feral Pizza](https://www.feralpizza.com/) last night after seeing their truck in that little food truck lot on Bruning next to the convenience store. This was $18 for a 16 inch pie (same price as Pedrosas.) I was super impressed. It is very similar to Pedrosas NY Style. The crust was super crisp and flavorful. I would easily put it up there with the best NY style in Austin (Pedrosas, Home Slice, Little Deli, etc.) Looks like they also do Grandma style but I just wanted to try out a simple cheese pizza before branching out.
I haven’t seen anyone talking about them and they weren’t very busy at all so definitely check them out. It was also very nice driving by the shitshow at Home Slice, parking at the convenience store, grabbing a bottle of wine, picking up the pizza with no wait or grief and heading home.

I know it’s just because half the slices slid over to the side but this reminds me of those Chuck E Cheese pizzas with the slices that were all different sizes 🤣

Even if you slid the pizza back over it still is cut incorrectly. Furthermore, the crust is an uneven size. Amateur pizza. Unimpressed. But maybe it does taste great
