Thick cut kalbi / galbi beef & a lemon herb pepper pork rib chop from the grill, w/ red wine

    Managed both at the same time on the grill. The kalbi / galbi beef was nicely red inside (into the medium rare range) & the pork chop was finished at 145 F. Served w/ baby bok choy in a bit of oyster sauce, as well as fresh sliced San Francisco sourdough bread w/ butter pads. Enjoy
