My friend Taka owns 2 amazing sushi restaurants here in Western New York. Teton Kitchen. One is in Depew and the other is in Buffalo, in the Elmwood Village, which is the more artsy part of town. It’s the only restaurant that serves fugu in the state outside of New York City. This has really put his locations on the map.
