This tastes pretty good, BUT the instructions have got to be wrong. They have you add 1 cup of water with all the cheese and in less than a minute you are to have cheesy couscous. THIS IS A LIE. You will have couscous soup! I had to evaporate off almost all the water to get the consistency in the second picture. Here is how to make it (I think):
Cook the couscous to just under.
Add 1/4 cup (1/2 cup for 4 servings) of water.
Add the cream cheese and cheese roux.
SLOWLY and and melt the parmesan
It may take slightly more water, but not much, maybe 1/3 cup.

    We made this tonight as well, a double batch and did not use the amount of water they called for either. Definitely a mistake!

    We had the same problem! I wondered if the recipe was wrong, but it thickened while it was on the plate. Would try again, but definitely with less water.
