    Congratulations again!!🎊❤️🎊. I’ve never tried mustard on my fish. I’m not a great cook but that I am better at cooking than hubby!! I use Old Bay though instead of paprika. The fish looks delicious!!!👌🏼

Ik some use it on chicken but I nvr hve and I’m from the Deep South Alabama to be exact so I can throw dwn n the kitchen but I wudn mind trying this my only concern is that the mustard will overpower all the other ingredients so id appreciate if ya could let me know bc I’m cooking both chicken and fish tonight but dnt want em to taste the same and I just started my own channel bc I’m dying and trying to raise awareness for my illness so id luv to have u check out my channel

  12. I’m from Memphis, grew up with a dad who was a chef. We ate catfish, eggs, fresh biscuits and coffee for breakfast all the time. Took a friend home with me from college and he frowned when I told him about my dads catfish breakfast buffets, UNTIL he tasted it! He lovvvvvved it!     Also a tip for that fish smell , my grandma taught me , boil you some water and cinnamon while cooking , it’ll help absorb that fish grease smell.

  15. I'm Frying some catfish tonight for the first time in a cast iron skillet and I was looking for a good video for some tips. I'm glad I clicked on this one! I had picked up the Louisiana spicy fish fry last night so when I saw you used that I knew this was the one.

  16. I follow your directions today when I fried my first catfish meal. I didnt use Fish Fry meal. But a little flour and alot of cornmeal. I also follow your instructions regarding mustard. I baste the catfish with mustard on each side. I then let them sit for a half a hour before coating with cornmeal and seasonings. It came out great! Thank You for this video!
