Tried smoking a duck for the first time, it turned out pretty tasty.

    I stuffed it full of orange slices and smoked at 250 for about three hours, then turned it up to 350 and started hitting it with a maple bourbon glaze until my internal temp was right. Then I finished it in the broiler to get the skin crispy. Turned out pretty good for the first time, very juicy and flavorful.
