    Looks great! Made one a few weeks ago (pastrami) and the wife and son didn’t care for it. 😲 They like regular Rubens and Rachel’s.

    That looks really good. I do prefer thinly sliced pastrami myself, but I would smash this just the same.

    You did almost everything in this sandwich differently than I would. Thick cut meat instead of thin, sauce instead of a grainy mustard, lots of cheese instead of a little, oven instead of just the stove top. And yet, it looks incredible! Good job!

    The Reuben is truly a blessed sandwich.
