I see a lot of similarities to Gordon Ramsey's recipe, but he makes it for Christmas. The only big difference would be the lack of bacon on the breast. I've made his recipe, it's yummy.
molly yeh should have been #1.
❤❤❤
I don't know why cooking A turkey is so much harder than chicken.
Its pretty ridiculous 🙄
Omg, that butterflied grilled turkey, gotta love the crispy skin!
Alton Browns traditional turkey has been used every year by us. it's fantastic
Great ideas! But I had a hard time getting past Sunny handling that raw turkey with that gigantic ring on. Not very sanitary. I can imagine raw juices imbedded in that ring.

Looks like a.chicken breast
Jeffery…..loose the suit 😅
Molly’s looks very tasty but I wouldn’t consider it for Thanksgiving. I’d stick w/a roasted Turkey. It doesn’t say “holiday!”
Where the heck can you get turkey thighs? Can’t get the breasts either! We used to buy them all year round for grilling w/woodsmoke. Can’t buy them anywhere since 6-7 yrs ago! 😢we live in northern CA.
Valerie’s looks great! I’d make it for Christmas, but I still want the traditional roast Turkey which we do on the grill w/woodsmoke.
I like that GZ’s is straightforward, no fuss. It’s probably great.
Jeff’s idea of cooking it hot in the beginning, then lower the temp is how we do it. However, I’m just not willing to fuss with dry brining for 3 days.
Back to watching the rest….
Bobby’s look great! I’d order either one in his restaurant, but too much trouble to make. I would never wet brine either.
Ina’s Turkey breast is a good idea, but for thanksgiving, I want the whole bird, I used to be able to buy both the double turkey breast (like Ina’s) and the single breast. Great in the summertime on the grill.
Ree’s method is probably very good for a large bird, 20 lbs is big.
Ina’s looks the best. It’s also the one that is closest to the way I do it, with lemons and onions in the cavity. And fresh herbs. Her bird was the best looking one (when raw), but she lives in the Hamptons and can get the best. Her’s was the most plump. Too bad we didn’t see the gravy-making!
Bad expiration dates, old and spoiling, food. Unfortunately, it's at this time of year, that some unscrupulous store personnel use the distraction of the holiday, to sell old dry and can good inventories, meats and dairy, with bad expiration dates. In some cases, the manufacturer unintentionally has either hidden or reduced the front size so small, that you need a magnifier, to see the expiration, date. Also, inspect bread and plastic sealed products on the sides and bottom, for mice breaches. It happens. Remember, food poisoning for example: Botulism, can kill you. It appears The Food Date Labeling Act is another thing Washington left to the states, to deal with. So beware, and Happy Holidays!!

Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🦃🦃
Valerie is the only one who knows how to zest citrus. I love, love, love the different way to do turkey – Roulade. I, too love the stuffing/dressing. Mmm mmm mmm. Thanks Valerie. Happy Thanksgiving.
Anne’s turkey is the only one that’s actually seasoned and looks good 💀 how is she last and the number 1 is just a little salt and pepper.
Y’all put Anne Burrell LAST??!!!??? Woman who put the compound butter under the skin??? But nahhhh homegirl with the salt & pepper sprinkle had y’all in a chokehold 😂 this has to be a joke 😂
rough chop these lemons for me
cuts lemon in half* wait what do you mean rough chop a lemo-
thats fine
I hate when people drown out what is being explained, leaving the audience with nothing in particular. 😢
Jesus is coming be ready ❤❤❤❤❤❤
My favorite turkey recipe is always Alton Brown's. I have personally tried Rhee's but my family prefers Alton's.
Waaooo cooking hebat.delicius Freind.thank you Dear The cook chicken.
I absolutely love Valarie B.😊❤
Those who simply do turkey breasts… Absolutely NO THANK YOU. I am a dark meat fan. I'll eat some breast, but the star of the bird is the thigh. I also find back meat satisfying, so I don't spatchcock the beast. Oh, and the one time I brined the turkey – it was tender, but I prefer turkey to taste like turkey instead of tasting like salt.
No cranberries
Life is just a big learning journey. Glad you are loving yourself
🎵 Everyone's talking about the bird
The bird, the bird, the bird is the word. 🎵
None r good recipes
Whatever her name is cooking with Jeffery, I take her being sarcastic.
