I am usually used to Laoganma and Sichuan dishes so I’m not sure about the flavor and what it would be good on besides chicken

I enjoyed both of these, but I *really* liked Chairman Meow’s Revenge. I find it’s a good sauce for Mexican dishes, because it has some cilantro and lime in there. Not super hot, even though it’s labeled as a scorpion sauce. I think scorpion peppers are almost last on the ingredient list, so there probably isn’t a ton in there.
As for the chipotle sauce, it would be good with Tex-Mex style foods, like chili, or also in braised meats or barbecue.
