Tonight’s dinner was Chicken Katsu, first time making it and it was delicious!
Also I’m a spice fiend so it’s all drenched in Sriracha to give a little kick

I was so sad after I had this meal because I can’t find katsu sauce anywhere near me so I just have to wait for it to come up again in the rotation. So far no dice.
