Grilled Salmon fish with Dill Mousseline Sauce, packed with the flavor of creamy Dill mousseline sauce and buttered vegetables.

During the main course practical session, the future Chef of IIHCA learned the preparation of the dish by using fresh salmon fillet and also they prepared the creamy Dill Mousseline Sauce with the flavor of lemon juice.

For the final presentation, the sauce is served over grilled salmon fillet along with buttered vegetables.
