Biko is a Popular Filipino Desserts made from sticky rice, coconut milk and sugar. It is often garnished with latik (coconut curds) on top to make it more tasty. I usually saw this dessert during Undas (All Saints Day) in the Philippines but it can also served in any occasions like birthdays, parties or fiestas. You can try this simple yet delicious recipe. Ingredients:
3 cups Glutinous Rice (Washed and Cooked)
3 cups Water
2 can 19 oz Coconut Cream (Kakang Gata)
3 can 13.5 oz Coconut Milk
2 1/2 cups Dark Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pandan Flavoring
