For anyone going to Teamlabs in Tokyo, make sure you grab a bowl of ramen near the entrance. Almost walked away because it was vegan, but this might be the best ramen I’ve ever had!

The noodles were springy and tender. The soup was thick and full of flavour. Just incredible.

Damn, was there a couple of weeks ago and passed because vegan, like no way can that be as good as a tonkotsu. Guess I am wrong!
