Welcome to holy matrimony Paul….lol….I do that to my husband too. Good job on that ham Paul. I believe she is gonna keep ya…lol. That's for sharing your technique with us….gotta try it. Love and Hugs to you both. 🥰

  15. Your cooked ham looked delicious, Mr. Jones! I used to boil it first with with a few cloves, onion (2) and a few bay leaves. When it was nearly done, I would cut fat off, then bake the ham with a mustard glaze.
The last 15 years, my husband barbecues the ham. The last half an hour before it’s finished, I put a glaze onto the ham ( Mustard, maple syrup, brown sugar and Jack Daniels ). Makes the best glaze ever!

  19. My Husband cooked the Turkey, he always smoked it. My daughter in law just said she has not eaten turkey in the past four years he has been gone. She thinks no one could fix turkey as him.

  20. I’m going to try this on thanksgiving. I normally serve a spiral ham but bought a regular Cook’s ham by mistake. Thank you both!! 😊
