Grinder issue

Hi guys
Today after calibrating the grinder this happens, so i removed the hopper and cleaned it from inside and recalibrated it works fine for a couple of doses then this happens again, at the meantime i keep removing the hopper and cleaning it,
I already contacted the technician to cone check it out

I do need to know whats the issue here
